Yes, you can use your vouchers for premium formats such as IMAX, D-BOX, ATMOS, or CMX Xtreme, as long as the total value of the ticket is fully covered by the voucher(s). If the voucher does not cover the full amount.

No. Each voucher must be used in full for a single transaction. Partial redemptions are not allowed.

Your available points and vouchers appear in your CMX account online or in the app under “My Rewards.”

Yes. Vouchers expire 60 days after they are issued. Reward points will expire after 12 months of inactivity on your account. Use your vouchers and points within their valid period, as expired or lost rewards cannot be replaced or reissued.

Simply log in to your CMX Rewards account and purchase your ticket (1) online on a Wednesday. The $7 price will automatically apply to standard-format tickets when available at participating locations.

When purchasing your ticket online or at the box office, select “Use Voucher” at checkout and choose your available voucher. Remember, the voucher must match or exceed the ticket value for redemption.

Yes. You can cancel your membership anytime before your next renewal date. Your benefits remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.

Yes. You can roll over 1 ticket to the next month if unused. After one month, any unused rollover ticket will expire.
